The Best Hospital Ever As A Patient And As A Former Employee!!!!
My Husband was there for a potential cardiac problem 10/5/16. The ER staff was wonderful, especially the ER Doctor whom I believe was Dr Zimmerman.(female, blond hair.) the cardiologist Dr Mertaugh ( probably spelled it wrong), Dr Reginelli, and nurse practitioners for Ohio Heart named Abigail and Amanda were outstanding. We were very shocked and upset and had lots of questions and they never made us feel rushed. Would definitely go there again!! Thanks Christ staff and Ohio Heart!!
After working there for 7 years and recommending the er staff to friends and family, the way that I was treated for after care from a surgery was horrible. I was there for post op pain in an incision and was treated like I was a junkie there just for pain meds. The nurse is had was rude and very uncompassionate and the dr was worse. They drugged me up and then told me they knew I just wanted the meds and sent me about my way still in pain. Never asking if I needed any help or anything.
Went into the emergency room with what turned out to be a kidney stone. It was a 45 minute wait but they could tell I was in intense pain and got me in after 20 minutes and continued to work tirelessly to help me. This place is full of friendly, hardworking people.
If I could I've negative stars I would. We delivered our boy in late 2014. Few days later got a hospital bill and paid in full. 18 months later we get a bill for $5,500 from a collections agency saying we didn't pay another bill (our sons part of the L&D). Never received a bill, and our insurance company never received a claim from the hospital . We call Christ hospital and they refuse to talk to us, saying they transferred the account to collections and we had to talk to them. We call the insurance company and appeal, they ... read more
This is my favorite hospital! I recently delivered my baby boy at Christ & they treated me like royalty, Everyone was so helpful, kind, & wonderful! I had my daughter at Good Sam back in 2010 & have that to compare it to. My experience at both hospitals was as different as night & day. Christ is good & clean, Good Sam was bad & filthy. Staff at Christ were wonderful, staff at Good Sam were rude & nasty. I will never visit another hospital now that I have experienced the care at Christ. Thank you Christ Hospital!
