Location, Location, Location. It was challenging getting this home sold since it sat directly across the street from a large Apartment complex. The house was always show ready and that helped a ton. We were so happy to work with them and happy with the sales price and negotiated repairs.
I couldn't have asked for more! The whole team walked me through the process and made it as painless as possible. I put the house on the market on the 6th of August and had an offer less than 10 days later. House closed on the 14th of September. This is an amazing group of people. I would and have highly recommended Chris and his team. I picked out several houses on line to view and Chris and his team were on the job! The houses I picked out did not work out. Chris said he had a house he wanted me to see just to gauge my needs. The house was not and would not have been on my radar and it was perfect! Putting my experience simply - Chris showed me a lot of houses but then took me to my home.
