Chris LISTENS. When you say you like or don't like a feature, or feature he listens and remembers. This was my first experience selling a home. On top of that, I worked with a relocation company for all points throughout the process. Chris was required to research thick stacks of documents (all behind the scenes which I only found out after!) to ensure he not only obtained a sale but checked off every last detail required by the relo company. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty. He was true to his motto that, "No one wants to help you more than I do." He took it personally when our house was not selling. In researching other strategies, he found the solution that sold our house.
