We are relocating from out of state so that in itself presents a challenge. From the first day we met everyone we felt like our needs were being met Lauren has been great with her videos, phone calls and follow-up. She was extremely helpful and made the process easier than we expected. We ended up purchasing a home without actually seeing it because our questions were answered and the videos were great!! We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to either sell or purchase a home!!
Our experience in selling our house was very quick. We received offers within 5 days. Pappalardo does a great job of marketing the properties and getting it to the right buyers. The loan process of selling our home was somewhat difficult and extended past 30 days ( USDA loan). The Pappalardo team was very helpful in getting us through the extended period.
We had an offer on our house within hours.. so i think it's fair to say Chris and his team know how to market and sell a house. Chris also helped us in finding renters insurance. I would highly recommend them for anything real estate.
This is a great team to work with when trying to buy a house. They helped me find a great house inow my price range for me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone. If I ever decide to sell my home or purchase another one I will use them.
Great experience. We worked with Lauren, Eric and Holly, and all three were absolutely amazing. We saw well over 20 homes, and they always accommodated our requests for showing, were extremely patient, and knowledgeable.
