We highly recommend Chris Pappalardo and team. Lauren Perrine was our buyer’s specialist who assisted us in buying our dream home. She was extremely helpful, prompt, efficient and very patient in answering all our questions and made this home buying experience a very positive one. Her effort, attention to detail is remarkable. The entire team was highly professional and eased out our journey to our new house which could have been overwhelming for us being the first time home buyers.

We met with Lauren Perrine in October of 2017 and told her about our plans to move cross country from California to Greensboro NC. She was extremely helpful and patient, so we decided to have her guide us and be our agent. She talked us through the process as first time home buyers and in April made our dreams come true! Luke and the Chris Pappalardo team were great! After our initial meeting Luke put us in front of a wide variety of move in ready and fixer upper houses. He took us through 3 houses so that he could get a feel for what we actually like in houses and not just what we said we liked in our initial meeting. He listened to us and put us in areas that he knew would fit our personalities. Great guy with a lot of knowledge about the area.

Working with the Chris Pappalardo Team was an absolutely incredible experience! I was unsure of the "best" time to put my house on the market, but Chris was patient with me in explaining the pros and cons to listing the house in a week vs. waiting a few months. Chris and his team did an awesome job at selling our home in Greensboro! Our home went under contract within 24 hours for more than asking price! The team was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We initially bought a lot/home build through this team and then used them to sell our old home. As a first time home buyer on a budget, but still picky about location and updates, I was not the ideal client. However, Luke couldn't have been more patient and helpful, and the house I ended up buying is perfect. At first, the whole process seemed daunting, but it ended up being surprisingly stress free, and that's due to the fact that this team goes above and beyond.
