We worked with the Chris Pappalardo team, and specifically Luke Vandall. We were very impressed with the entire team. Our home sold in FIVE DAYS for more than asking price during a pandemic. Luke walked us through and was our advocate. The pre and post sales members of the team made our selling experience seamless. They took away the stress and allowed us to focus on the move versus the process of selling our home. We highly recommend the team!

Chris Pappalardo and his team are exceptional. They respond immediately with information and resources that are relevant, their services are reasonably priced, and they do a very good job in solving problems. Chris is very savvy in reading the market and his strategies are successful. On the same day of listing our property, there were several perspective buyers which resulted in buyers competing for our property. Thank you for a job well done.

While we have bought several homes in the past, the process of buying this home was quite lengthy because we were dealing with things we have never dealt with before in the past including well water, septic, propane, etc. Melissa made the buying process seamless and painless. Luke did an outstanding job. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! He was very patient as he showed as many homes and then when we decided on one he moved quickly to make sure we got it. Also gave great advice on negotiating price etc

We did not meet Chris. But his associate, Luke Vandall sold a townhome for us in 4 days. It was shown over 30 times in 4 days and we had 8 offers (either asking price, or over). I highly recommend contacting Luke if you are in need of selling a home, or buying a home.
