Lauren and her whole team are absolutely fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, quick. I'm out of state, trying to buy a house, and they have been so helpful and patient. Right now I'm under contract to buy a house, all thanks to the work they've done. They know what they are doing, they are a well oiled machine. Luke is “our guy” in the real estate business. He has now helped our family buy 3 houses. He is very knowledgeable and helps with every step of the buying process. The team is very responsive and great to work with. You feel part of their team. Anything you need for your home, they “have a guy”’ to take care of you.
Melissa is a rockstar! We reached out to her about purchasing a home in the next couple of months and she did such an amazing job listening to our needs that literally the first house we toured with her was just perfect that we went under contract shortly after. The process was made so easy by her and she was amazing helping us with our offers too. We cannot say enough great things about her. Definitely will be recommending her to friends and family!
I can't thank Luke and the Pappalardo Team enough for the job they did selling my house. After our first offer was cancelled, we interviewed several agents as we already contacted to buy another home and needed to act fast. Luke outshined them all and my wife-who is an agent herself where we were moving to- eagerly choose Luke. Long story short, he had a deal within 3 days above what we listed for and closed within a couple days of our new home. Luke and the Pappalardo team exceeded all our expectations.
Ms. Loren walked me through buying my first house. Was prompt and professional and very helpful throught the process. I'm really glad she was around to explain the various steps and timelines I needed to keep up on and help me get it done.
Luke is the best! He has helped me and many family and friends buy and sell homes and he is always knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He does everything with kindness and integrity and I cannot recommend him enough. The team is efficient and will get the job done to get you to the closing table.
Lauren was very helpful and insightful in our search for our new home. We especially appreciated that when she wasn't available she made sure we had a great associate to help us. We are still in the pending process so I can't speak to negotiation skills yet!
there is no way no how you could find a better realtor he listens he cares he runs he does everything you ask him to and more. he worked with us for 6 weeks until we finally got the house we wanted and he made sure we didnt compromised and we got what we wanted. it was long but a very great experience
