Before I went to the Wellness Cafe I had a lot of tests run and had seen a surgeon to have surgery on my neck. Going to a chiropractor was on the bottom of my list on what to do for myself. My friend recommended I go see Dr. Rachel Whaley and after the first time the pain that radiated from my neck down my arm and into my hand stopped. Within 5 visits the tingling had stopped for about a week at a time. Needless to say I am much better. Now I just go every once in a while. Thank you Rachel Whaley. You are a blessing to me.
