RecommendedDr Abby and the whole crew are amazing!! I was having debilitating migraines and extreme back pain. I often would take muscle relaxers for the back pain and sumatriptan for the migraines. After getting through my initial visits, my back pain is significantly less and I have only used my migraine medicine once in over 6 months and have used no muscle relaxers!!!! I missed my last appointment because I’m a sleepy head but will make sure to reschedule for my body and mind’s sake!
Right around the time Covid- 19 started to happen I was having some pain with my neck and back and it was causing me to always have a migraine! This office is awesome and so is each and every one of the staff members in it!! Not only did Dr Abby make me feel comfortable and absolutely amazing after my first adjustment but I also got the education that I didn’t know I needed regarding my spinal health journey, thanks chiropractic element, you guys are the best!

I went to Dr. Abby for a dislocated rib. But in that visit, I found something I have been missing out on my whole life! Her staff is so friendly and very enthusiastic about the practice! They also seem genuinely happy to be working for her. Dr. Abby is a miracle worker! I was in constant and extreme pain for a year and a half from a pinched nerve in my neck. I had seen MD specialists, did hundreds of hours of physical therapy, had steroid injections, and nothing helped. Dr. Abby lowered my pain from an “8” level to a “4” in a week. I am so grateful that I saw Dr. Abby - I avoided surgery and my quality of life has been dramatically improved! Cannot recommend her highly enough!
