Do not recommend. I love everything on the outside of apartments (pool, parking, playground). But the inside is where all the problems are. We have roaches everywhere inside and out. The apartments do nothing for keeping out sound. Our neighbors walking upstairs sounds like a marching band because floors creak so badly. Every closet door is broken and off the tracks. The carpet is old and brown and was far from clean when we moved in. Then there's landscaping..which is great. But as a mom with a baby, having landscaping come... read more

DON'T DO IT! If you're thinking of moving the The Chimneys, DON'T DO IT! Lived there 3 years, started out with the apartment dirty, then roaches , mice and drug dealers!!!!!!!!!! Young kids & teenagers run around unsupervised, the pool always seemed to be closed. My rent was always paid on time and I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. Now since waiting over a month along with many phone calls for my deposit to be returned, I find out that it is going to outstanding charges which no one is able to give a breakdo... read more

Ready to move The staff is nice until there is a maintenance issue. They don't want to fix anything. Will likely move when lease is up.

However I am not sure what had happened with your apartment or the conversation that you may have had or what apartment that you are from, but if you would like to come in and discuss any issues that you may have please feel free to do so. Not the best but can't complain The apartment is fine, but there are certain things that I don't like about, the kitchen I too small and the apt is also really dark, many bugs get into it and my kids don't like that, we're moving out to new Jersey right now we don't have an address n But we will soon!!!?
2 Stars... I gave this apartment 2 stars because there is nothing impressive about this location. The rent goes up every lease renewal it seems but yet the apartment remains remotely the same. I have a friend who was moving from an apartment to a different apartment because he wanted another bedroom. The apartment he moved from offered to give him another apartment with the additional bedroom for the same price he was currently paying. Why I love my building Let me first start by saying the staff is amazing! The community is awesome.You can easily get to any stores.It's very quiet around me.Some of the people that I've met in my building are very nice.Because of the work that I do,my commute isn't bad at all.I just really love where I live.The office staff are always helpful!!! I'm always noticing out of state tags from people moving here.Awesome!!
