HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Centrally located to travel anywhere for shopping, eating, and fun! Mature trees attract lots of wildlife, so I LOVE feeding the birds from my balcony. Staff is really helpful and solves any issues that arise. Really Quiet but fun when they have events!

Great Value Great Location We recently moved into one of their new renovations. The features are just as nice as some of the brand new apartments my friends pay 3 times as much for. I love being right outside of downtown.

Not as nice as it looks online I was excited to move to Greenville, and while I like the area I don’t really like this apartment complex. I moved at the end of June. My apartment was not ready. When I got here I was told the toilet was running, the garbage disposal was not working and the drip pans on the stove needed replacing. Maintenance was currently in my apartment fixing everything. Apparently the reason was they were understaffed that week. I was told the painters and cleaners did come and those three things were the ... read more
