Verified Renter I've been living here nearly a year and have had great experience. The staff, and especially the maintenance staff, take good care of its residents. I've always liked these apartments since they were built and when looking for a home, this is the first place I started looking into renting. Verified Renter We love living here, and how quiet and respectful the people in our building are. We also love how much outdoor nature we have right outside of our door, and how our leasing manager Liz is so nice and understanding.

Verified Renter The Chimneys of Greenville isn't perfect by any means, but after two months of living here I can't complain. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. The complex hosts regular events for residents. The units offer tons of natural light. All of my appliances are brand-new. And much more. What some would consider "flaws," I view as character. But given the current state of the economy, here at The Chimneys, the price is right.
