Verified Renter Great staff and very prompt when I email or request maintenance. The grounds are very clean and the neighbors mostly keep to themselves. Always get my mail delivered promptly.
Verified Renter My home is OK. I expect a little noise, but it seriously sounds like there is an elephant walking around upstairs. And at ALL HOURS day and night. There is not supposed to be smoking in any common areas, but i REGULARLY smell cigarette smoke and worse in the breezeway leading to my home and sometimes actually IN my home. Ick!

Anyone who is saying not to live here just loves to complain about anything. This place was the best and the staff was awesome at all times. I made a report that I needed something fixed they fixed it with no hesitation. Ms. vicky an her manager was great to me.
Decent but overpriced Safe community and good school district. Apartments need to be updated to match the price that they charge and especially for the increase in rent. Cheap basic materials used. Still cannot use fireplace. Management changes almost every year.

(Verified Renter) Even though I feel that my particular unit could use some improvements, I've still recommended this apartment complex to others mainly because of how awesome the maintenance staff is. Tim & the gang are so quick to respond to any issues. The same goes for the office staff. I don't interact with them much, but any time I have, they've been very professional and helpful. I also feel very safe here.

Great Place To Live I love living in this community. The leasing office staff is very responsive and pleasant to talk to. Maintenance is always on top of tickets. The residents seem to be very nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Since the new... (Verified Renter) Since the new office personnel has come in, I see that they have been trying to make a lot of new improvements which is great. Although, there are still tons of bugs all over the place, trash, residents smoking illegal substances and the occasional altercations. If I were financially able to move right now, I would. Hopefully, the effort to improve the community will continue.
