The worst is I have been contacting them since March 2022; today is July 18, 2022; they are calling me in November to schedule, NOT to be seen, but to schedule him that might take another six months. I wish mental health gives Me that chance. Edit: Dec 2024 I have not got a call yet.
We've been with developmental peds for years now and have had a great experience.
Called to set up initial visit. Woman who answered the phone was unpleasant. She seemed lazy as if she just wanted to get me off the phone. That 1st call into the facility is your immediate impression. I'm definitely not interested in taking my child here.
