I love this hospital. They are amazing from my sons doctors to people we just see around the hospital everyone is so friendly and helpful. I don't know what I would do without all the people there that help us keep my son healthy.
Love the doctors and my sons surgeon but find the hospital to be very disorganized on many levels. Also, security is lacking. You have to have a badge to swipe for the elevators to get on the floors the little ones stay overnight on but my husband walked in with 2 duffle bags during regular hours like it was nothing. That would never have happened like that at CCMC in Hartford. They, however, did not have the technology BCH did for my son so It was still worth going to BCH.
I loved it. They gave my 4 year old granddaughter the best care. I just have a few issues. Having to transfer to another room late at night. Having to leave my granddaughter alone in a room with strangers while she was sleeping to go to a parent bathroom down the hall. It was difficult finding something for her to do inside her room because she could not leave and there was nothing available for her from the facility or if it was, no one told us.
We had exceptional care at Children's. Very happy and proud to have chosen this hospital for our sons care. Every staff was awesome!!
Best hospital . hands down, my son hates anything to do with drs but the staff here makes it so much better for him.
We are here at the Boston children hospital and everyone here has been extremely helpful.my new born grandson was born with HLHS and is going to have first heart surgery . information has been great through out the whole procedure.

I have been impatient here about 130 times due to a and complex medical condition I was born with. They always manage to save my life and everyone is so frriendly.
Yesterday I went to an activity for kids in the hospital where they got the opportunity to do some surgical procedures in stuffed animals with the help of the hospital staff. They had a tour to different stations, including the operation room, ER among others. It was very educative and kids had lots of fun. My daughter and her friend which is a patient in the hospital had the time of their lives. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to see the wonderful job that normally doctors and nurses do behind closed doors.
