There is no other Hospital that I would entrust my son's health care to. You have to go to the best to receive the best. Technology, medicine, science, etc are forever changing and At Boston Children's Hospital, they stay right in step with these changes. Our experiences have always been positive. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and friendly.
I love this hospital. We live in ct and my son was going to Yale New Haven and the dr there just wanted to put a pacemaker in our son and we really did not want that so we got a referral to go to Boston children's Hospital. We have been going now for two years and we have had a great experience. The staff is great the Dr are amazing and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and inform you of every step they are doing. Coming from Maine, which sadly is rural and has difficulty retaining doctors and specialists, it is great to find who we need here at Boston Children's. Because of the terrific care my daughter receives, it doesn't feel like an inconvenience to drive the distance. Thank you for being a wonderful resource for us.
Rush to the e.r because my daughter had a bad cough and high fever . the docs cant figure it out so they call it a viral infection... Take my daughter to her follow up appointment yesterday to find out she has bronchitis and double ear infections even thought i specifically asked her if she thought it could be an ear infection and she said no ... Maybe if i take her to b.m.c where they specialize in gun shot wounds we will get the proper diagnosis
Miracle workers!! My son had a multivisceral (5 organs.. stomach, liver, intestine, spleen & pancreas) transplant on 12/24/05 when he was 7 mos old. He's 11 now thanks to BCH, Dr. H.B. Kim & our donor family. My son & daughter have Cystic fibrosis & are seen by the pulmonary team. I feel safe being at the best of the best!! I trust BCH with my most precious gifts�.
I could never say a bad thing about that hospital. We love going there... the staff is just wonderful .
Currently saving my daughter's life. The BEST in the world. My family is forever grateful of every single person that has made it possible.
