Can you please explain why you would not return a child at least to the care of grandparents or another relative if you thought the parents were so unfit? How could you KEEP a child in the hospital FOR A YEAR away from her family? Are Massachusetts taxpayers paying for that? And what right do you have to keep a citizen of Connecticut anyway? I know she is currently not in your care, but that should not mean that you aren't culpable for ruining an entire family. Shame on you!
