It is a basic patient right to be able to seek a second opinion. BCH doesn't allow this in certain cases and will call DCF if you disagree with their diagnosis.
In the desire for free research individuals, you are willing to destroy families and break up good home. Absolutely despicable
Totally disappointed in this hospital. I have told everyone not to ever bring their child there ! The abuse of power as well as the child abuse of Justina is shocking! Evil has reared it's ugly head! Remember, what goes around comes around. All of you involved in this injustice- it will come back to you 10 fold!
This Hospital is a danger to society and a disgrace. Based on their history of poor judgment, inadequate care and gross abuse of power, a Parent should be terrified to have their children in BCH's care.
You are a DISGRACE to the human race...to kidnap a child and use here as an experiment...You are as bad as Eduard Wirths and the Third Reich. Free her to go home where she is loved...and get your ethics and heads straight.
Bad policy-doctors are suppose to help not harm patient and family
What kind of medical center are you, when one medical discipline can ignore the diagnosis, and take precedence over the others? What has happened to the ethics of these doctors? Have they no conscience? It's your fault she's deteriorating! Thank God, Justina's plight received national attention and outrage. We're hoping her suffering both physical and mental (thanks to you) will soon be addressed. You need to reevaluate how you bully your patients.
I am beyond outraged at the lack of compassion your staff has shown Justina and her family. Your staff has used their opinions without merit to destroy an entire family. The atrocious act of isolating Justina from her loved ones is nothing short of Nazi behavior. We question your guidelines of ethics. Since this isn't the first time of such an instance coming out of BCH, I would have to rate this facility as a horror/nightmarish run insane asylum.
