RecommendedI had to take my 18 month old little girl in to the pediatric ER. I can not recommend this place enough. The staff was amazing! Everyone we came into contact with was friendly, caring, thorough and comforting! They were very efficient. We were seen almost immediately, which is great when you have a curious toddler and a nervous mama. We will definitely use them again, if the need comes up.
I just got home with my 3 month old 2 days ago bc we was in there for 3 in a half days when we first went she was not gaining weight and So they had to figure out what was wrong with her and they got us back on track and figured it out we loved all the nurses they came in very often to check on us they fell in love with my baby and told me how cute she was and took very good care of her and me and my husband if I could remember there names I would put them on here but they did amazing 😉 and I’m from McMinnville and got sent... read more

We just spent a few days at The Children’s Hospital at TriStar Centennial. Everyone from ER up to our floor was gracious and welcoming. Our son was given wonderful care! Thank you so much!
Centennial Pediatric ER is a fabulous place and they take such great care with a kids emotional as well as physical needs!! We were here today for the 10 year old and Dr Riley was just the BEST!!
Today I visited the children's clinic in Gallatin TN and was highly disappointed. The waiting room wasn't very welcoming to children. The only thing that gave an idea that it was for children were the walls and the tablet I signed in on. I will never return again. You guys bring in too much money for you not to put a play area in the children's clinic. I can't post pictures but if I'm able to they will be in the comments
We we were at centennial children's for over 4hrs yesterday after being referred for some testing. From reception, to the nurses and doctors, lab tech, x-ray techs, and the child life specialist we were so truly pleased with the kindness, patience, and compassion everyone showed our little girl. She was so at ease, she even danced down the hallway to have blood work. Everyone was so incredibly wonderful with our 6yr old and we couldn't be more appreciative.
