My son was sent to the Pediatric ER. The staff there was incredible! Friendly, personable and informative. They put my son at ease and answered all of our questions. We didn’t have to wait forever to be seen and they were the perfect balance of kindness and professionalism.
Brought my daughter here first time we ever had to go to a hospital and they made my baby feel so comfortable and me and my wife thank you so much
Having never addmitted a child before, I was impressed with the care and comfort my child received. The entire stay was comfortable in PJs instead of a gown. They went above and beyond protecting my child from harm and were able to meet all our needs. I was concerned with having a slip up with food allergy (not why we were there) and they handled it beautifully. Thank you.
We had no wait and within 15 minutes my son was made comfortable in a bed, given some pain medication, and whisked off for his x-rays for his sprained ankle. We couldn't get over how friendly and helpful the technicians, nurses, doctors and staff were--we will choose this ER every time for our family!
The nurses and doctors at the emergency room were so nice and provided excellent care. We are so happy and blessed to be able to rely on The Children's Hospital for our medical needs!
