Never had a problem till yesterday till a worker said the 8:15 won't show and I was standing right there. My doctor was great always patient and listens to your concerns. Great job dr. Casey
This is hear say. Greenwood has special folders for some patients, some because they didn't pay once, some because a worker just has a stick up their ass about them or their child. Either way, these patients will receive half ass service. I had to ask a Dr. was he gonna check my blood for Diabetes during a physical at the women's clinic. All he did was ask questions. I heard from a retiree, it was because of the Children's Center.
Everytime i come here they tell me my childs medicaid has expires then i have to wait on the phone for a hr to get it straight..... then they say my appt is at 1040am i get here and the lady tells ne its at 1120 i said they told me 1040 she said theres to diffrent ppl make n the appt at the same time in different locations this place is so unorganized smh
