The best Indian restaurant in Cary, NC. I would also like to add that this is one of th top Indian restaurant in US. Kiran Kumar (The Chef) cooks the best food, as per your taste desires. I would love to dine at this place often.

Wonderful Indian Food! – We just enjoyed the Saturday evening buffet and were impressed by the huge variety of culinary delights offered. The food was very tasty and well seasoned. Although I am not vegan, I overheard the chef pointing out the numerous dishes that are vegan. The chef and wait staff were very attentive to us and we were able to chat with the chef. A nice touch. We will go dine there again.

Excellent, varied, flavorful – Chef kiran's, talent exceeded every one of my expectations. He is a master chef and the new owner of this restaurant who also served the Prime Minister of India! His cabbage Porial with asparagus had a gentle ginger overtone. The Palak Paneer was made with fresh spinach not frozen. The Vegetable Pakoda's were so flavorful and his Raita was packed with cucumber, onions and tomato. He had many chicken dishes which were distinct and delicious along with goat and fish dishes. Dessert was a culinary... read more

Best Indian cuisine in a long time – Extremely friendly chef and wait staff. As an Indian by birth I found the food to be truly authentic and fresh. It was a Monday evening and there was no one else in the restaurant. He came out to talk with us and ask how we liked the food. He spent time explaining different spices and methods. After the meal he invited us into the kitchen and we were given a tour of all the items he uses and the cooking utensils. The cleanliness was extremely impressive. We were visiting friends in the Ca... read more

Best Gulab Jamoon EVER! – What a great surprise! We went to the former Suchi location for the lunch buffet and were be greeted by the chef/owner Kiran. He was so friendly and attentive. The food was all excellent and he even made something special for my teenage son. He encouraged us to try all of the delicious buffet items and I can honestly say, I liked them ALL. The best part of the meal, though, in addition to the hot naan brought to the table was the amazing gulab jamoon. I have had this treat many times and this was ov... read more

Fantastic Indian Food in the Triangle – A fantastic new Indian restaurant. I am not a fan of the move by most Indian places to opt for buffet style menu, it has seemed to cheapen the quality. But in this case I'll make an exception. The variety of foods was wonderful and well beyond the typical Chicken korma. I tried a wonderful fried fish and a mint chicken I had never had before. They had a terrific lentil dish (5 types of lentils in a creamy base) and plenty of actual vegetarian options. Even the deserts expanded beyond t... read more
