Fabulous Indian Cuisine. Great Ambiance, Great Service. The Restaurant has a very Urban feel and is very cosmopolitan. The best Indian Food for the price and service. Chef is very nice and often greats the customers! Child Friendly and Great for a Date Night as well!
Chicken Curry, Mango Chicken, Lamb Curry - The food is extremely flavorful and the portions are generous. The food does cost a bit more than your average diner, but it is more than worth it. My mother, my sister and I have been to The Chefs of India 4-5 times now, and the food always by far exceeds the general standard of delicious cuisine! Went on Sunday for their weekend buffet. I'm not an expert on Indian food, but they seem to have a more varied selection than I usually find at such buffets. Everything was well prepared and the right temp. The salads were very fresh, and the naan was brought to the table quickly. Service was very good.
Atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is super friendly. More importantly though, the food is magnificent! I highly recommend the Lamb Vindaloo as well as the Chicken Mango. The Gralic Naan is also incredible!
It has been SUCH a long time since i've had AUTHENTIC Indian cuisine. I mean, this is seriously good. Apparently, it's under new management and since has revamp the menu. The dishes are mouth watering. Everything tastes so good. The butter chicken is like creamy and just mind boggling. THIS IS WOW. They know how to make spice it up but if you want mild, the flavors still don't cease. Cary people go go go! It's more of a casual setting so enjoy with family or an informal date...
We've been here twice now, and are looking forward to trying the Sunday brunch. The food is good, not over-salty, good flavor, and the family-owned feeling is a nice change from "yet another chain of restaurants"! The owner is friendly and very willing to give you a sample of the dishes you might be curious about. Thumbs up!
The best Indian food. Now they are open on Mondays . Went there on Mon. Buffet was excellent. Murgh makhani delicious,mutter paneer good,daal maharani little bland side needed more salt. Overall excellent. Mango pudding.....to live for. Great service. Server 's name was Karla very intentive and professional. Will come back definitely.
The buffet here is $9 something and delicious. I am stunned by some of the negative reviews. Service is awesome, restaurant is absolutely spotless. It might be the cleanest place I've ever been. The goat curry might have converted me to eating goat forever. If you haven't been here, you gotta try it. Buffet runs from 11:00am-9:00pm every day.
