Huh? – My coworker raves about this place, so on a recent visit from my family, we all (seven people total, inc two children) decided to try it out. It was disappointing at best. First, we were told it would be 10-20 minutes. 45 minutes later, we were finally coralled into another line and waited about five more minutes to be seated. We waited probably another ten minutes to meet our server, 15 more to order drinks, and 15 more to order food. Mediocre – Tried the Bell Square Cheesecake Factory for the third time late last week. Again found the food to be average to bland. Chicken sandwich was okay, but uninspired. Fries were good, but who needs a big stack? My co-worker's roasted vegetable quesadilla was passable, but she thought BBQ sauce on it was a bit weird. Service is friendly, but slow and bumbling. There are lots of better places to get something to eat in Bellevue. Forget about this place.
Disappointing – I have now been to the Cheesecake factory three times in three states: Wash DC, ATL, and now Seattle/Bellevue. This last experience was the worst. Sure, it's a typical chain restaurant, but the food was awful, and the service was just plain bad. I had dinner last Tuesday night and it was very disappointing. Let's see, it took 15 minutes to bring out a drink, the lettuce was pale and sour, the Jambalya pasta that they claim to be most popular had very little flavor and was completely overcooked. Yum! – My husband and I have only gone twice, but we'll be back. We went for lunch on a Friday around noon. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, and service was good (a bit slow, but otherwise fine). The second time we went it was around 9pm for dinner. We were seated immediately and service was prompt. The food was delicious both times!! Don't forget to save room for the cheesecake, it's not to be missed. choices, choices... – I liked my meal so much that I ate my hefty portion of Pad Thai (what I expected, more sweet than spicy), and I helped finish my date's Luau Salad (artful with a delicious dressing), and then it was "Bring on the cheesecake!" Just Desserts. . . – I've tried the Cheesecake Factory several times--always hoping to be pleased with my lunch or dinner selection. Inevitably, I'm disappointed. Always noisy, crowded, spotty service, and a bland, unimpressive menu--these are not the trademarks of a good restaurant. If, however, you like cheesecake (and I do), then CF is the place for you.
2 busiest Restaurants in Washington – Well deserved! This place is AMAZING! Good place to go anytime. Often busy for a good reason, so take a pager and chill out while you wait for paradise.
That's good eatin'! – Great place to go when you don't know quite what your taster's set for, but you want to be sitting at a table when you decide. Both food and service were good, though the wait can be very long for a table. Use the time to peruse the dessert case, for it can take a very long time to decide on just one! FANTASTIC!!!! – My boyfriend took me there on Monday (9/2) for our anniversary dinner. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table and were seated in a cute little booth. The menu had so many choices and all kinds of drinks. The cheesecake menu was so mouth-watering! I personally had the Lemon and Garlic Shrimp over Angel Hair Pasta with alfredo sauce instead of their tomato. It was scrumptious!
