Best Cheesecake – Service is usually not the best, and the food is very overpriced. The cheesecake is the best out there, though. Especially the oreo cheesecake! Food is very rich so you can't eat too much of it in one sitting, I usually end up bringing food home.

Wine Crotch wasn't on the Menu... – What would you 'expect' from a factory that makes Cheesecake, when a glass of Wine gets broken in front of you & spilled all in your lap? The waiter Mark & Mgr. apologized for my 'Wine Crotch', but I was rather let down & disappointed after getting my FULL 84.00 + dollar bill. LOVELY!!! You will have a great experience! – These days with most of our fav places succumbing to the recession and cutting back on costs therefore losing their customers this one still serves delicious large portions of food...this is not a 'recession hit restaurant'...all of us are counting our pennies these days and when I get in a babysitter and head out for a rare dinner on the town I will be guaranteed a wonderful time..their happy hour prices are also incredible and the menu for it so long it takes a while to choose.... read more
Unappetizing food, high prices – We got a burger, a sandwich, and 2 different cheesecakes. The burger was mediocre at best; I didn't finish it. The sandwich was average. The cheesecakes were good, but not great. The atmosphere was too loud. The prices were high. We won't be going back.
Huge, bland portions and unreliable service – I don't expect much from chain restaurants, and I'm usually not disappointed. Cheesecake Factory is no exception. It's a decent place for groups because they have large tables available and a very wide variety. Expect long wait times and bland food. The decor is an odd muddle of cultural references and icons all jammed together, much like their food. The menu is huge and takes time to navigate. It's the View – First of all it is the typical Cheesecake Factory as far as menu goes... the wait is ALWAYS incredibly long so when we go we plan to sit at the Bar no further expectations than that. You can either take the escalators or the elevators. The view is breathtaking and truly a urban experience as far as getting the "feel" of the city. I recommend sitting outside at least once. The service at the Bar is always rushed for the Bartenders as they are handling drink orders for the tables as well. Our drinks were strong... read more
