Warning: Not Kid Friendly – The Chessecake Factory has no kids menu! I was totally shocked when I took my three year old for lunch and found out I would have to order, and pay for, an adult sized portion for him. For anyone who has been to a Chessecake Factory, you know the portions are generous. And for a child, that's just an absurd amount of food. Horrible Service – I've been to Cheesecake Factory in Bellevue three times. The first two experiences were alright - the portions of food were big and the service was mediocre. Compared to the Cheesecake Factory in Downtown Seattle, the wait isn't as long, plus there's free parking. However, this restaurant isn't good for a romantic evening; you can hardly hear anything. best appitizers and lemon drop in town! – One night my sister and I went in search of the perfect lemon drop. We found it!! Along with terrific food and wonderful service. The appitizers are great too. Well worth the wait on a Saturday night. I am not keen on Cheesecake but the menu is huge and soooo good.
Deceptive Seating Process, too long a wait. Stay – Don't disappoint your party or group. Their seating process was deceptive and did not account for failed pagers, thus causing confusion for both the patrons and hostess. We waited for 30 minutes, then heard our name being called-out, but when we approached the hostess desk, we were told that if our pager didn't light-up or buzz, then you were not the one called. Best chicken and shrimp combo – I love this restaurant and I HATE cheesecake! I have eaten here for both lunch and dinner and each time have left completely satisfied. Dinner usually requires a rather annoying wait for a table, but the food and atmosphere is well worth the wait. The "B.B. alright food, alright service – I went with a group of 9 people for a Bachelorette Party. We were told that the wait would be 20-55 minutes. Which was quite a difference in time. We ended up waiting over an hour. And then when our pager went off, we had to wait another 7 minutes. The hostess didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. Cheesecake as Good as NYC Cheesecake – I recently went for lunch with my friend while visiting. I had a great time, the waitstaff was friendly and the food was very good and arrived hot. I liked the variety of foods on the menu. The Sliders reminded me of "White Castle Hamburgers" from a Brooklyn Chain. resturant that makes you wait...and wait... – Sept 1, the length of the wait is inexcusable! 15 - 20 minutes wait. Since it was such a nice day out, we requested to be seated outside. Approximately 20 minutes, our pager went off. We went up to the counter, where they proceeded to take our pager, THEN ask us to WAIT AGAIN over in the bakery?? This is very irritating. THE LOOOOOOOOONG WAIT!! THEN CALL YOU WAIT AGAIN – no service, make you wait 20 minutes buzzed me that my table is ready then wait AGAIN for 6 minutes then called my name, then the seat I waited for outside was taken, so they told me I had to wait AGAIN. So I ate across the street instead much friendlier, and I only had to wait once. The sad thing is, that the large outside seating during lunch was not even open in 80 degree weather. There were other people also leaving because of the wait.
