Barbara Gifford and her team at Kim Crane were the best. Despite impossible odds, Barb was able to find us the home that we wanted in the location that we wanted. It seemed like it was never going to happen but she somehow got us in the home first and get us the house for the price that we wanted. Then when it came to selling our house, she was able to sell it for our asking price within a miraculous six days!!!

Utilized Howard Hanna realtor and financial for our mortgage loan. Incedbly knowledgable about the area and the market but would have appreciated a bit more "hands on" experience as it had been 6+ years since purchasing our last home. The closing paperwork came down to the last minute despite having almost 2 months to prepare the documents and ensure that they had everything needed to guarantee on-time closing. Arrangement of title compnay and inspection was however flawless.

Jennifer Davis has helped us find the house we had been looking for. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the market but it was immediately clear to us that she understood our needs and taste.
