Great doctors and staff, but they need to hire more staff to complete authorizations. 2 weeks and still waiting for the auth request to be sent to my insurance. The staff are amazing and caring, just frustrating to wait so long for them to send an auth request and that’s not including how long the insurance waits to make a decision or request more info to process the request.
