Dr. Black is an exceptional gynecologic oncologist. He is compassionate, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately puts you at ease. His entire staff is equally amazing — professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. I feel truly fortunate to be under Dr. Black’s care and confident that I am in the best hands. I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 AM with Dr. Katerina Litvinova. It took me a half an hour to get there, I arrived five minutes early at 8:25. At 9:45 I left and was never seen. I am a mother of four with two jobs and made this appointment months ago. A 1.5+ hour wait for an annual checkup is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am incredibly frustrated that I just wasted almost three hours of my day. Save yourself the headache and find a doctor who values your time.

I wish I could give negative stars lol. I made an appointment last year to see one of the Doctors and I had to cancel the appointment (like a few days before) and they sent me a bill for a no show for a total of $70. The lack of organization this establishment has is shocking.
