I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 AM with Dr. Katerina Litvinova. It took me a half an hour to get there, I arrived five minutes early at 8:25. At 9:45 I left and was never seen. I am a mother of four with two jobs and made this appointment months ago. A 1.5+ hour wait for an annual checkup is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am extremely pleased with my surgery, which took place on April 6, 2026 with Dr. Black. He was absolutely wonderful—professional, caring, and truly attentive throughout the entire process. I felt completely confident in his care. I am also very satisfied with the hospital, Memorial Hospital West. The entire team there was amazing, and I truly appreciate the level of care and kindness I received from everyone. Poor customer service. I will give no stars. Besides the attitude their follow up is horrible.
This place is the worst office I’ve ever been to , as a new patient I was extremely disappointed in the system that they have , I booked an appointment for 10:30am , when I got to the office there was like 20 different people waiting on their appointment there were ppl who had appointments at 9am and STILL hadn’t been seen by the doctor , I sat there for 30mins and wasn’t checked in, it wasn’t until I was brung to the other side of the office then I was checked in, even after I was checked in it took the doctor a whole hour ... read more
I want to start by saying that after spending months with another clinic and getting no clear response about when my surgery would be scheduled, despite calling almost every day, finding Center for Gynecology Oncology in Miramar was a completely different experience.
