If I could give zero stars to the front desk staff and to Ivon, I would. My first visit to Dr. Salom’s previous office in Miramar was extremely disappointing. I waited in the lobby for a long time with no explanation, only to find out—when I asked—that the doctor had left due to an emergency. No one informed me, and the front desk staff showed no concern or professionalism. Estoy tan molesta!!!! Llamé para hacer una cita hace una semana, aparte de la inexperiencia con la que me trataron, me dieron hasta la dirección mal, después de pasarme un rato perdida, llamé y me dieron la dirección correcta. Al llegar a la clínica resulta que la señora nunca me creó la cita, manejé desde Cutler Bay hasta Miramar por gusto. My personal experience has been amazing. Dr. Salom was understanding and showed me compassion..he answered all my questions and concerns. He is extremely humble and knowledgable. He has great bedside manner...My scheduled surgery went well and I am in my third week of recuperation. I recommend Dr.Salom and his staff for the care and attention they provided me.
