I had extensive foot surgery performed by Dr. Yarden on January 16th, 2024. I was advised that my recovery would be 6 months and I would need extensive physical therapy to get back to normal. No physical therapy was prescribed by him and when I went to see him in October 2024 he told me I did not need it. I did. If not for our massage therapist, I would not be walking today. I had an ingrown toenail that was improperly removed by my old primary care physician and had a lot of discomfort from it growing back in. Dr. Yardan was incredibly efficient, kind, and talented at his work. His bedside manner was great and he didn’t make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Yardan. The receptionist whose name I cannot remember was also so kind and helpful! Thank you!
I drove past Dr. Christopher Yardan's Branford practice many times; then my podiatrist retired, and I realized Dr. Yardan is a podiatrist with offices in Branford and Wallingford. The Branford office is where Dr. S. Yardan practiced dentistry. Staff at The Center for Foot & Ankle Surgery is terrific. Dr. Yardan will explain his thoughts and listen to patients' thoughts. Met Chris 3 years ago as a referral from a great primary. He was great back then and is today. Type 2 diabetic uncontrolled. Reported foot concern to Yale Saint Raphael campus. Big mistake, misdiagnosed! 12/7/24 severe burns to feet. In Yale burn ICU. Big mistake fought to leave. 1/10/25 New Britain hospital very very big mistake!!! 1/13/25 called Chris's office and wasn't accepting the word no. Dr. Yarden heard my urgency on the phone and got me in immediately. He recognized the problem and was able to address the painful problem immediately and almost painlessly. Very personable and put me at ease through the painful parts. Great guy.
