Horrible experience post op with this office. I missed my appt time, didn’t receive any txt notification or follow up call from this office regarding my care due to the office not updating my contact details during my last appt, then finding it appropriate to blame me and charge me a 50 fee before I can be seen for my foot post op they already performed on. Dr. Yardan and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Yardan takes his time and explains everything with great knowledge/understanding. I wouldn't go to anywhere else
A few weeks before a hiking vacation, foot pain threatened to wreck it. Dr. Yardin’s practice fit me in their schedule on short notice and saved my family vacation.
I wish I could take away the star. Yardan is lackadaisical in the way he treats his patients. Because he was so careless I had to be re-operated on and he left me crippled and in pain. He should not be working with people. Today he has his assistant call me- 8 months later. Doesn’t even have the guts to call me himself.
I have to give it to Dr Yarden! He has saved my feet not only once but twice! I came to him 8 years ago with severe foot pain from plantar fasciitis and he created insoles for me and I was able to get back to my life, I lost weight and was hiking again. 8 years later I needed new insoles and he did it again and brought my feet back so I can live my life again without foot pain.
