I was in the office for a cleaning. Sarah did an excellent job and as always was professional . She always has a calming at effect and gives suggestions about ways to improve my dental health. The office staff is always friendly and helpful too. Jeri Staggs
Called the practice for regular cleaning appointment. T.J. answered the phone and I have to say, her phone manners are impeccable. Not only did she speak clearly, she spoke slowly enough so she could actually be understood by caller. She greeted caller, identified business and herself with a friendly tone. Good job!
After 15+ years of neglect I'm finally getting much needed work done, Today's visit #2 involved dental impressions and an extraction. This has to be the most positive, courteous, and professional dentist office I have ever visited. Impressions were made by a young lady who explained step of the procedure including how long it would take for the impressions to set-up. Have not been to the dentist for many years; so my first visit was for cleaning, x-rays etc. Stephanie Dybdal did the cleaning etc....She is the best. I have had my teeth cleaned before and it felt like I was in a torture chamber, not here I almost fell asleep while she was working, she did such a great job. Going back for more extensive work, I'll update this as I go.
