I saw these ladies on 9-18-24 they were very polite genuine and so anxious to help. After a bad infection in my back appeared they said I had to get to the ER and get it drained it was after talking with them we headed back to Nashville to Ascension St.Thomas where a plastic surgeon ran me in for emergency surgery. If it hadn't been for these wonderful ladies we may have wasted precious time seeing the wrong doctors. The staff here are so amazing. They listen to every thing and all your concerns. And they will address all the issues that's going on with you. They treat you like family. There is not one bad thing I can say about them.
Rude and doesn't really care how patient is in pain or to search for different answers and yes it's the only one in Johnson City, Ballad of course.
The phone reception is very difficult to even get an appointment. She would not even try to work with me for an appointment. I was told by the nurses because i was out of town and had a 3 hour drive , they would work with my schedule due to I had another appointment the same day. She would not answer the phone when ikept calling back. She told me she was going to hang up on me. The dr and nurses were very kind.
