I had a wonderful experience at UrgiKids last Tuesday night. My daughter was sleeping soundly and woke-up crying at 8PM complaining that her ear hurt. After 40 minutes of tears, I decided to rush over to UrgiKids for guidance. I arrived there at 9, not knowing the last appointment was at 845. I knocked on the door, but was told the office was closed by the receptionist. After 10 years of being part of this practice for my two sons, I learned today that if I do not pay the newly imposed patient services fee that I will no longer be able to partake in health care as I have been given. Very disappointing but all good things come to an end.
