I usually never have a problem with this place, but today I came in for our 10:50 am APPOINTMENT...here it is 11:50 am and we’re STILL waiting for the doctor to come in! Why have me make an appointment if I’m going to have to wait!? I could have just come to the walk in if I wanted to wait this long! Not to mention that my son is 1 1/2 so there’s not very much that I can do to entertain him for this long! And no one comes in to update us on how long the doctor will be. We love the care, support and advice that we receive from TCFAP. We have had our share of newborn needs, toddler woes and now pre school feelings that feel larger than life some days! There is nothing that we cannot share with our providers at TCFAP, (we have been blessed to have both Drs. Moore and Marconi care for our family), about our children's well being and they are always there with support, sound medical advice and sometimes a hug to a tearful mom. Because after what I endured from your group my son had to suffer for not being treated because of policy and we were told to wait for the bloodwork to come back to see if he was postitive with Lyme. We were just brushed aside and passed off to another doctor who does not believe in early treatment or pediatric lyme or false negative tests. policies and procedures do not treat kids, Doctors oath and education do. This practice was great up until recently. Now we are looking for a new practice. Dr. Dobos is great but the way things are done has changed. The people on the phone are no longer friendly or helpful and the availability of later appointments for working parents is non existent. You can go into urgent care in the evening but they won't do well visits after 4:50pm. Additionally, the voice mails I have left over the past few months have not been returned.
