The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, From check in to check out we we're impressed. jasen the bellhop was very friendly and informative on directing us towards the local hotspots. We we're so sad to leave but will definitely be back, great job staff!
The staff was wonderful and the front desk gentleman name's Alex was a wonderful photographer. Jason was the bell hop with all the answers of where to go.
I haven't had the opportunity to stay the night in this hotel but I took a tour and got to experience the jacuzzi. I have to say...from the moment I stepped inside I felt transported! It's literally like walking into a fairytale! From the chandeliers, to the pink glitter elevator walls, to the masquerade mask chairs (made out of mosaic tiles!)...it's all so picturesque. Event he headboards in the rooms are shaped like crowns! I can't wait to stay the night here! �
My familly for all over came to Orlando for a wedding. We had 50 rooms or more. Beautiful, clean hotel. We were allowed to hang out on the roof top the eve of the wedding. Lovely view. Wonderful staff. Close to alot of Restaurants. Will definitely stay there again
The hotel had an amazing location near lots of restaurants. I was there for my brothers wedding, which was in the hotel. The ceremony and venue were great, but my room Had bugs coming out of the sink, so I bleached it with Clorox wipes(I travel with those) and the bed linens were dirty. Housekeeping came to change them, but still, YUCK! The ONLY reason I stayed there was because of the wedding, the windows sweat in the morning, and they charged me for Parking(I didn't drive there, I flew in and used a LYFT). Magical Place <3 Nice ambiance , Great staff , and super cold AC ...and comfy Beds .... i cannot say anything bad about this place and believe me i was trying to find something to complain about ... lol.... But no can do ..... I can easily recommend this Hotel for you stay .🦄
