Great customer service! We had a few hiccups, but Tiffany at the front desk made it right! We will definitely return, because of The desire to make things right, You don't run into that kind of customer service that often anymore. Beautiful hotel.
We booked a room at The Castle Hotel on New Years Eve to bring in the new year and we loved it. Being we booked on a holiday it was a bit pricey but the fabulous decor, friendly staff and guests, and clean rooms made up for it. We also loved the roof balcony overlooking the Orlando eye. The hotel was within walking distance to the I-Drive 360 New Years Eve block party which was made it very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will staying there for future mini getaways.
This place just amazing so beautiful inside wish my family can see it...gorgeous..woooow
The Castle Hotel is a beautiful, quant place with not as many luxuries as many of the larger hotels. They do not a large fancy pool but they make up for it with their wonderful helpful staff. We will be back.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and within walking distance to some great restaurants and nightlife.
