Loved my stay here over the weekend, ALL the staff were nice from beginnng to end, everyone made our stay comfortable and relaxing, can't wait to visit you all again !
We were amazed at the level of customer service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had our dog Sydnee with us and felt very comfortable at the Castle Hotel. I would return in a heartbeat. My hats off to the staff!!
Great night staff and bell hops morning staff not as good and banquet staff a little rude however Ricardo from banguets was extremely helpful the rooms are clean beds are comfortable nice staff in the cafe for breakfast the breakfast room was very adorable with the green chairs and greenery the carpet looks dated in the halls and rooms. Awesome! Most unique hotel we have ever stayed at. Decor and theme was amazing! Castle like fixtures were one of a kind. I would have given it a five star, but the food was pretty pricey.
Stopped by while my son was staying there and had a beverage. The decor is fabulous, the staff attentive, and the young lady singing was great.
