The worst in the business, I wished I had looked them up before having them taking care of property.

They are fast at getting condo fee but when something goes wrong with the unit they are no show.

It was the worst decision of our neighbors to select this company to manage our property, stay away from this company. A suggestion to the owner of this company is to have a different manager if you want to see improvement of the services provided by your company.
Very unprofessional management team ,specially Tori. she is hard to find and rude. Will promises to take care of the problems of your property but never delivers. Save time and money and look at other companies to manage your property.
This is a first class management company that takes pride in working with their customers and they do a fantastic job!
I agree with the other two commenters. They fail to follow up on maintenance requests, dont respond to emails or telephone messages, dont provide records despite repeated requests, and dont display an active interest in taking care of your property. Essentially they collect a management fee for taking care of your bills. We had to threaten them with legal action just to get our records and then they got very compliant!Their "services" are a complete waste of your money and time.
