I can't express how amazing the staff is here! Just to name the two that have helped me with everything is Malli and Kevin Chase!! They are absolutely amazing, and actually care about their tenants. If you are thinking about moving in there, DO it! Sure every property has down sides, but to me, customer service is more important. I feel safe and confident that I made the right choice!! I can't thank you all again!!
Parking is terrible when you get home late. You have to park further and walk in the dark by your self which I don’t feel is safe. Think twice before leasing. You can’t have guests over due to the parking policy
Been living at the Carriages for about 5 years. This is an amazing place to live. It's quiet. I have never had an issue here. I feel safe at all times The new Seqoia ownership is amazing. The office staff is so nice and warming. They are understanding and amazing. What a great place to live.
We've lived here for more years than most. The current management team is the best we've seen. While others talked about it, this is the first team to do something about the parking situation. Keep up the good work!
