This place is a shithole. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Let me start out by saying, this is not the first time my husband and I have rented. Neither of us have ever had a bad experience with a landlord before, so we didn’t expect any of this. We’ve lived at the carriages for about a year and a half now. We moved in March of 2020. Kayressa helped us with the moving in process. We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase a home so we broke our lease a little early as a result. The staff at The Carriages were great, from Kayressa at the beginning, service requests were responded to promptly, and anytime we had to contact the office, everyone we spoke with were courteous and professional. this place has nice looking apartments but don't be fooled. thin walls, and ghetto neighbors who you will hear at all hours. my car was stolen from the parking lot there. management is very poor and they raise the rent by a lot each time you renew your lease.

The WORST apartment I've ever lived in. There's hidden fees, the "management team" is uncooperative and uninformed. They will charge you for damages that you didn't cause. Windows need to be replaced and the walls are paper thin. The apartments are infested with spiders, ants, and cockroaches. Do NOT move in to this apartment complex.
This place is terrible. There’s no parking anywhere. You have to pay for valet trash that never gets picked up. It’s rat and spider infested. The management team will disrespect you and charge you for things that they didn’t repair. No communication. The manager is a joke.

My experience as a first time renter has been nothing but amazing! The office staff has been so nice from the tour to the signing process and answering all of my questions! I would refer anyone to live at The Carriages!! 💛💛💛

Kiarra was so helpful. She answered all of my silly questions via email in a timely manner and she also helped arrange for my husband and I to come see the actual unit we were moving into a couple days before move-in day. The apartments are very clean and have nice flooring. Maintenance is super responsive and courteous. Overall a really good experience during a stressful time.

I like the fact the Carriages is nearby everything so I never have to go too far from anything. I have had good experiences with the staff so far but the big ding for me is every weekend there are parties with loud music, people shouting, laughing, etc. mind you it is during quarantine. There are 2 complexes that are near me that are guilty of that. My husband and I have early jobs, mine for example requires me to be up by 2:30am and some of these parties go one up until then.
