RecommendedI just want to take a moment to say that out of all the apartments I have looked at this past Month The Carriages hands down has been the best! Not only is the staff very attentive everyone is helpful!! I walked in for a tour and was helped by a friendly leasing agent who showed me their awesome amenities, I was not however impressed so much with the floor plans, it did not flow for me, but the overall community seemed to be great.
My partner and I were looking to move to the Renton area and stumbled upon the Carriages. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and instantly felt welcomed by the office staff (Specifically Amber, Jenn, and Megan). Everyone has been so kind and to be frank the move-in process was such a breeze. :) We are loving our 1 bedroom apartment home, the many amenities, and enjoy the view of the little greenbelt that runs between the community. I love this community. Its always very clean and well maintained. The renovation they have done are amazing, and the office staff is always friendly when I visit.
My family and I have lived here for 6 years now. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for an apartment if fairwood.
I've lived in this community for years and only have great things to say about it. The location is quiet, yet central to everything! Since Sequoia Equities took over, they have made incredible improvements to the amenities we have access to and the visual of the property overall. The management team here are always helpful, prompt and kind whenever I go to the office. Until we are able to buy a home, we will remain quite happy here.
I truly love living at the Carriages, they treat me like family. Please come and see for yourself. And I want to give a much respect to Justin the maintenance guy, he went over the call of duty. And congrats to Kevin, you truly are a good person
