Kent was very professional, prompt and did an excellent job. I have already referred to 3 of my friends.
Did a great job, very conscientious about his work, however as a professional he went into my kitchen and used my blender and went into my silverware drawer without my permission/knowledge. He used my cake knife for a screwdriver which now has jagged edges, of no more use to me (He could have just asked for what he needed, i.e a screwdriver). The outcome is that he does great work, but he needs to work on his professional manners.
He came in and looked over what needed to be done.He gave me a fair price.Then he said.........Can I do it now.I responed with a yes. Afterward when I looked over the results.It was very good. He has a plesant personitily and was a joy to be around.
We're very happy with the carpent cleaning and the repair of our carpet in two areas where our dogs did some damage. They also treated areas where the dogs liked to "visit" and they haven't been back since. Would highly recommend.
