Excellent service
punctual, knowledgeable and detailed
Our carpet is old but looks much better after cleaning. Kent worked hard to remove some spots--success on some, not on others probably due to age. It took much longer than we were told (4 hrs. instead of 2) and he missed one small area in living area. Overall, we are satisfied.
They were excellent
Excellent service, on time. Stayed late and did work that wasn't planned. Even helped me move a piece of furniture that he didn't have to! Very reasonable pricing.
