There is little doubt that The Carlyle, with its magnificent view of Central Park and its close proximity to some of the best shops and museums in New York, is one of the preeminent "grand hotels" in New York. The Upper East Side landmark was built in 1930, when spacious accommodations, fine linens and furniture, and a large and attentive staff were the very least that might be expected for a true luxury hotel; and that tradition continues even today.

The epitome of class and sophistication......the true meaning of New York nightlife......saw Bobby Short there many times....one of my favorite NYC spots.....
Our night there was a truly memorable experience! We looking forward to going back! — with Raquel M. Camareno.
Great to people watch ..a tad old fashioned for me but worth a visit for sure
Takes you to 1950s for what it’s worth
Everything 🏽
Top shelve all the way!! Thank you Mr Coco for making our night happen. You are a beautiful man❤️
It’s a beautiful institution! Just go there, enjoy and be a New Yorker.
