The structure is old. If you occupy a DS unit, you'll hear practically EVERYTHING from the unit directly above. It's very noisy and quite the unsettling experience.

They need to get it together. I submitted several maintenance requests in the beginning of July and nothing has gotten fixed. It’s the end of August now. They literally do not care. It’s sad y’all. Living here for the past 9 months out of 3 years has been soo horrible since there was a change of staff. Jaleassa Henry and Shunica Walter have zero sense of customer service. My keyfab which I've been using for 3 years has split in half. I brought it to Shunica and asked for it to be replaced. She showed me the lease and said that it could not be replaced without a change of $75.00. THE LEASE ACTUALLY STATES THAT ALL LOSTED KEYFABS WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH A CHARGE OF $75.00. Absolutely horrid!! Three different property managers in two years. Do not trust the leasing office. I paid to be put on the lease two years ago and just found out with my renewal that I wasn’t and “they have no idea why it wasn’t on there”. They are INCREASING RENT DURING COVID and not giving any tenants a break. They even let my old roommate break lease with NO PENALTY and left me high and dry on rent. Lived here for about 4 years. Loved when American Landmark took over as they invested into this property and then seemed to decline. Move to a different unit in the property and have nothing but issues ever since. AC is constantly out and never truly fixed. This issue has been persisting for a year and never fixed. AC runs our electric bill close to $200/month which is ridiculous for a 2 bedroom. AC unit runs nonstop as it can never cool the place down. Can’t wait until the lease is up to move out!

Ever hear the expression “Bandaid on a Broken Leg?” That’s their motto. Everything in our unit is broken and each day is a wonderful adventure of “I’m paying WAY TOO MUCH to live like this.” Moving into this complex has been a 7 month non-stop nightmare.
