They need to get it together. I submitted several maintenance requests in the beginning of July and nothing has gotten fixed. It’s the end of August now. They literally do not care. It’s sad y’all. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt for a very long time now. Haven’t been wanting to do this since it’s petty to blast people in public like this but the truth is the truth. These are definitely apartments I would AVOID! The buildings are falling apart and whenever there is a maintenance issue they come in and put a band-aid on it. I had to have the HVAC system worked on approx. 6 -7 times since moving in. On a couple occasions the AC stopped working. The other times I had RUSTY water dripping from the ceiling on me in the shower. It took maintenance 4 different attempts to fix the issue. Pretty outside but a mess inside
April 8,2019-This apartment complex is trash,nasty apartment with mold ever since we moved in it HAS been notified to them to come and fix it but never showed up. June 1st,2019-UPDATE THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THE MOLD ISSUE ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH THAT WE NOTIFIED THEM AND NOW WE HAVE ANOTHER ISSUE WHEN IT RAINS THE RAIN WATTER SOMEHOW SEEMS TO GET IN FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE WALLS AND IT’S ANNOYING HAVING TO CLEAN IT YET WE PAY 1,300 A MONTH FOR THIS NASTY APARTMENT
