I’m a current resident of this property I have had nothing but issues since they switched managers. Rebecca is never Available to speak with and the staff is so disorganized and misleading..The property only cares about the money and not making residents comfortable.I was considering renewing my lease with my husband but I’ll rather say in a budget suite than to live here again for another year this is ridiculous.. Awesome property! The maintenance is great here, and Tequitta is always there to help!
If I could give no stars I would! � A hole in my roof has caused damaged to my property and they say not my problem. They are rude and unhelpful. They lose my paperwork for my service dogs causing all sorts of turmoil in my personal life, and they don’t care at all. There is also no way to escalate to their superiors because they chose not to allow the information.
Maintenance is pitiful. Office is ineffectual and unfriendly.
