Great experience, professional and knowledgeable.
My father and I worked with CGI in buying our first home and I must say that the process was a lot smoother than I anticipated. Both Ricardo and Vanessa were a pleasure to work with and they were always available and willing to help when we had any doubts or questions. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
Found a property we wanted to tour on Zillow. Zillow connected us with Lori from the CGI group. She said we were good to go and set the appointment. She didn’t show up to the appointment, wouldn’t answer calls or texts, and the sellers agent told us she never notified them. Tried calling the office to get a hold of somebody there and they just send you to voicemail. 0/10 would not recommend. Wasted our time and we never did get to see property.
