Not only does Chef Bryan make amazing pastries fresh from scratch and serve outstanding coffee, his fondant ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD! I enjoyed a cookie that had a bit of fondant detail and it tasted so delicious like marshmallows. He made me a believer in fondant again! I look forward to ordering cakes and cupcakes from him in the future for all my special occasions but until then--CakeSmith will be my go to for pastries and coffee and any other sweet treat he makes! Even the coffee is special! The chef puts his special spin on everything. There's always something new to try based on which fresh ingredients he found and what he feels like making. It's going to be our regular breakfast and coffee spot. So peaceful too and plenty of parking!

Crawfish kolaches are amazing! Garrett already had two.
Amazingly tasty!! Not your run of the mill kolaches and baked goods. Crawfish kolaches, boudan kolaches, monkey bread, lamington, cookies, cupcakes, just to scratch the surface. And, you won't break the bank to get the quality of a professional chef!!
