My husband and I worked with Greg to sell our home and buy our dream home. Our house was on the market only 5 short wks. We were living in our dream home in a matter of 3 months from the time we had an accepted offer on ours. He was quick to respond to any questions we had via email, text or phone call. This was my first home and Greg did a great job helping me to find exactly what I wanted! He was very helpful throughout the process, was quick to respond, and always found time to show me the houses I was interested in. The process went smoothly and I am now loving my new home. Greg was patient enough to show me more than 25 properties before I found the one I decided to purchase. He offered very helpful and candid comments on each home based on the priorities I had indicated. This was very helpful in allowing me to narrow my search. Greg remained very friendly and upbeat throughout the entire process right up to the closing. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor within the Fox Valley area.

Greg is a very professional real estate agent. He gave us some hints on how to stage our home before the house went up for sale. He hired a professional photographer to take the best pictures of each room in our house. Any time we had questions, he helped us find the answers. To sum up, Greg sold our house in three days!

Unbelievable positive attitude even after a year pasted from our first contact and viewings until I finalized on a duplex purchase. Greg made himself available at every step along the way from viewings through final inspections, and closing. Also created contacts for me in regards to financing and inspectors etc, saving me a lot of foot work. Greg worked with us for almost a year while we looked for our first home. We were being very picky, but Greg kept showing us home after home until we found the one! At closing, there were some conflicts we ran into with the seller's agent, but Greg kept his cool, and worked with the lender to figure it out for us.
