We used Greg to buy our home recently. We weren't sure what we wanted or where we wanted to live. Greg was amazingly helpful and patient. He was familiar with the area from Oshkosh to Green Bay. He also seemed to work crazy hours. Emails and calls were mail answered quickly. I have, and will continue to recommend Greg to family and friends needing a realtor. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none.
A disorganized nightmare where the eventual buyer of of home told us "this guy didn't do you any favors" We believe we lost opportunities to sell because of his actions and recommendations; which were ludicrous and poorly timed. Our living room was painted a light blue with new very expensive light gray carpeting. There were many positive things about your home which I stressed in marketing and to buyers (close to an elementary school shopping & parks, value, # of beds/baths, condition, pool, yard, storage, condition, etc) As agents, we often bear the blame for buyers' and agents' feedback. I was very pleased with Gregs professionalism, and he was always there when I needed him. Greg was a tremendous help when I needed some one to do electric work and roofing. He called and set up the appointments and he would go over and show the person what needed to be done. He is very dependable and knowledgeable and I was very very happy with him.
Greg was awesome from start to finish. We had a harder time selling than anyone anticipated and Greg was quick to offer suggestions or tips to drive up interest. While it seemed like "forever", our house was sold in under five months - less than the average for our pricepoint and market. Whether I called, emailed or texted, Greg was very quick to respond. We made a great team - thanks Greg!

Greg is a very professional real estate agent. He gave us some hints on how to stage our home before the house went up for sale. He hired a professional photographer to take the best pictures of each room in our house. Any time we had questions, he helped us find the answers. To sum up, Greg sold our house in three days!
