Very friendly, willing to go the extra mile and very responsive to questions and knowledgeable. Had great ideas on what needed to be changed or updated on the interior and also the exterior of the house.
Greg worked with us to sell our deceased parents' home and a few acres. He and his team have finely tuned, very efficient procedures for following-up on the terms of the OTP, negotiating and executing Amendments, even organizing 3rd-parties for repairs, land survey, etc. I have no hesitation in recommending him as the person to go to for listing property or to buyers who are looking for an honest, effective realtor buyer's representative.

Greg helped us find and purchase a home in the Neenah/Appleton area. He helped us considerably on short notice over a holiday weekend. We had two days to find a house and with Greg's help we did! It almost didn't work out that way, though - Greg is the first realtor who listened to me when I gave him an upper price limit, so if you use him, don't tell him $20,000 lower like I did or you'll miss seeing many homes within the range you want.
